We are looking for someone with one foot firmly planted in the world of data and the other in creativity. The ideal candidate is personable, able to effectively communicate, brainstorm in groups and concept on their own. They also need to have a strong mind for numbers, analyzing data and be able to incorporate that information when creating new marketing campaigns.
Our Marketing Manager must be able to determine the demand for the services Vanilla Video provides, and compare that to the services and pricing our competitors possess. Our Marketing Manager will have to keep up on trends within the video production industry in order to keep Vanilla ahead of the curve.

Able to advertise for Vanilla Video across multiple platforms
Able to conduct market research studies and analyze the results
Possess the ability to manage and operate within a marketing budget

Responsibilities & Duties
Develop pricing strategies, balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction.
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and social media managers.
Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
