Using our order form, schedule a day to have us come out to film — Vanilla Video takes care of the rest. We sift through the video, cut the best moments into shareable video clips which you can email and share on your favorite social networking websites. Additionally, Vanilla Video provides you with the full, raw video which allows you or another specialist edit the video into a montage or video compilation!

2. Confirming the Order
We confirm availability of our professionals and review your order for completeness. We may ask questions or for clarification at this time. We send a confirmation email with important information about how to modify your order, provide additional details and finalize your order.
3. Finalizing the Order
Finalize your order by making a non-refundable 25% down payment within 7 days of the order confirmation date. This tells us you really want to order our services, and helps ensure availability of our professional videographers for other customers.

Once the order is paid and we have processed your video you can download and share your video!
Please note the following circumstances:
- Full amount due for orders under $250.00 USD
- Full amount due for orders within 14 days
- Full amount due for Casts & Montages
- 50% non-refundable reservation fee for orders >14 days in advance
- 50% remainder is due 14 days prior to service time
- Automatic cancellation 10th day prior to service time if not paid in full
- Refund 50% if cancelled 24 hours prior to service time
- No refunds if cancelled within 24 hours prior to service
- Please, no cash or checks. Credit Card only.
- Customer is responsible for parking & venue cover fees
- Our videographer may stay longer if necessary, but only if availiability permits.
